Description :A Weather procedural texture,
based on Shouichi Matsubar's Renderman Shader.
Usage :-Apply as procedural texture to color channel, add different layers to blend colors.
-Apply to bump channel, .
-Apply as procedural texture HyperVoxels Volume channel, or surface bump channel.
-Apply also as Cloud texture in SkyTracer2, or OGO_Taiki if you got it. -"Cloud Offset" and "Wind Offset" allow animation of clouds, using 4th dimension of turbulence,
for making more natural variations than moving position of texture.
